“The current is systematically getting faster. Now we can’t view the beautiful nature anymore, we hale to focus on paddling. In the river there are many collapsed trees and the current is very fast and strong. One of the kayaks capsize. It’s not very often view in our crew so we start to concern. We try to explain less experienced kayakers to bend on the trees, so the current couldn’t turn them upside down, but we know that everyone learns on it’s own mistakes. That what’s happened – we have another capsizes.”

It is a river with a quite lively stream. You will meet a lot of broken trees lying in water and other obstacles at your route. In spite of the beautyful surrounding, you need to concentrate at manoneuvring just to prevent capsize. 

Safe part of ?yna, where You don’t need any permissions:

1^st day: Ru? village or Bart?g – Dywity (22km or 17km)

2^nd day: Dywity – K?ódka (7,5km)

3^rd day: K?ódka – Dobre Miasto (12km) or Smolajny (19,5km)

4^th day: Dobre Miasto – ?aniewo (26km)

5^th day : ?aniewo – Lidzbark Warmi?ski –Markajmy (17km)

If You wish You can continue Your tour to Bartoszyce or S?popol (another 2-3days)

Part of upper ?yna is recommended only to experienced kayakers:

For short tour we recommend part:

1^st day: Waplewo – J. ?wi?te (19km – Marózka river)

2^nd day: J. ?wi?te – Kurki – ?a?sk (13km)

For longer tour- 3-7 days:

1^st day: Brze?no ?y?skie – J. ?a?skie 19km

2^nd day: J. ?a?skie – Ru? 16km

3^rd day: Ru? – Dywity 22km

4^th day: Dywity – Dobre Miasto 12km

5^th day: Dobre Miasto – ?aniewo 26km

6^th day: ?aniewo – Lidzbark Warmi?ski 17km
